How can I cancel my membership?
Simply log in to your DeliveryDeals account, then click the 'Help' link. From there, simply click the 'Cancel' tile, and follow the instructions provided. You may request to cancel by emailing us at CustomerService@DeliveryDeals.co.uk or by calling our Customer Service Team at 0800 440 2822. We will process your cancellation right away.
What is IC *DELIVERYDEALS.CO.UK?
IC *DELIVERYDEALS.CO.UK (Telephone Support: 0800 440 2822) is the billing descriptor that will be listed on your statement when you are charged a membership fee.
Where do I sent my rebate documentation?
Whether you're submitting a rebate claim for a delivery or a return delivery charge, you can send your documentation to Rebates@DeliveryDeals.co.uk. Please be sure to include the claim number from your Delivery Rebate form submission in the subject line.

10% Cashback

How does the 10% cashback benefit work?
As long as you're an active member of DeliveryDeals, you can earn 10% cashback on every qualifying purchase you make at hundreds of websites, up to a maximum of £1,000 every Membership Year, by logging into and clicking through www.DeliveryDeals.co.uk in order to shop via the DeliveryDeals network of retailer sites. Your 10% cashback earnings accruals will be automatically noted in your Savings Centre account as soon as we receive confirmation from the retailer that your purchase has been shipped, and it will subsequently be paid to you by cheque within 3-6 weeks of confirmation. To qualify for 10% cashback, purchases must be made through UK-based websites. Please note that 'Membership Year' means the initial 13-month period beginning with the first day of your membership (including your 30-day trial period) and every 12-month period thereafter.
How is the 10% cashback amount determined?
The member should assume that the calculation of such percentages will exclude costs such as delivery charges, VAT, and other taxes. As long as your purchase is made on a participating retailer's site and initiated through a link on the DeliveryDeals.co.uk website, you'll qualify for 10% cashback. If your purchase qualifies for any discount(s) from the retailer's site, the 10% cashback will be calculated using the price you pay after any such discounts are applied. Because there is a maximum of £1,000 in 10% cashback payments per member every Membership Year, the purchase that takes you to the £1,000 threshold may qualify for less than 10% cashback. When will I receive my cashback?

You'll receive a cashback cheque 3-6 weeks after we receive confirmation of your purchase from the retailer. To qualify for 10% cashback, your purchase must be made by logging into the DeliveryDeals website and clicking through the site links, in order to shop via the DeliveryDeals network. As soon as the relevant retailer notifies us that your order has been shipped, we'll note your cashback earnings accruals in your Savings Centre account. This typically takes anywhere from 5-7 business days, but it can take longer if the item you've purchased is on back order (i.e., it has been reserved, and possibly paid for, but is not due to be dispatched until the item is in stock). Whenever possible, we'll try to bundle multiple qualifying purchase into a single cheque.

What do 'Pending', 'Processing', 'Paid', and 'Declined' mean in my Savings Centre account?

You can track the status of your 10% cashback earnings whenever you want by checking your Savings Centre account. We categorise your earnings in one of four ways:

  • 'Pending' indicates that we've received notification from a participating retailer that a purchase of yours qualifies for 10% cashback. A qualifying purchase is typically labeled as 'Pending' for 5-7 business days (the length of time it usually takes for a retailer to notify us that an order has shipped). However, if you purchase an item on back order, it may be labeled as 'Pending' for longer than that.
  • 'Processing' indicates that we're currently processing your 10% cashback cheque. This occurs once we receive confirmation from the retailer that an order has shipped; please allow 3-6 weeks for processing.
  • 'Paid' means that we've sent out payment for those purchases that qualify you for 10% cashback. Your Savings Centre account shows a history of your 10% cashback earnings throughout your membership, so your 'Paid' purchases could stretch back to the first day of your membership.
  • 'Declined' indicates that your activity didn't meet the criteria needed to qualify for a payout (for example, you won't earn cashback on a purchase if you return the item or if your purchase is 'shipped to store' rather than to a residential, non-retail location).
What does it mean when I see red purchases in my Savings Centre account?
Negative amounts listed in red indicate items that have been returned and therefore don't qualify for 10% cashback.
Why isn't a cashback purchase appearing in my Savings Centre?
It can take up to 7 business days for a cashback-eligible purchase to appear in your Savings Centre (or longer, if an item is on back-order). If you don't see a cashback-eligible purchase in your Savings Centre, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note, however, that there are several reasons why a purchase might not qualify for cashback and therefore wouldn't appear in your Savings Centre, including but not limited to the following:
  • You have used an external voucher or promotional code that wasn't available on the DeliveryDeals site;
  • You purchase a gift card and/or used a gift card to pay for your order;
  • You returned the purchase
  • Your purchase was 'delivered to store' rather than to a residential, non-retailer location; or
  • You've already reach your annual maximum of £1,000 available through the 10% cashback offer.

    Why is my cashback percentage different at certain retailers?
    Delivery charges and/or VAT are sometimes included in cashback payouts at some retailers; your cashback percentage in those specific instances is applied to that higher purchase amount.

    Delivery Rebates

    What are Delivery Rebates?
    Delivery Rebates are a unique benefit available only to members. Just shop through any of the retailer sites after clicking through the links on the DeliveryDeals website; if you pay a delivery charge, you can submit a rebate for the delivery charges, and we'll send you up to £10 per order!
    How do Delivery Rebates work?
    Simply log in to the DeliveryDeals website using your membership details on the  click through to shop with any retailer site, and make a purchase as you normally would. If you pay a delivery charge, simply return to our website,, complete and submit a Delivery Rebate form, and email your rebate documentation to Rebates@deliverydeals.co.uk. We'll verify and process your rebate, and within 3-6 weeks, we'll send you a cheque in the amount of your Delivery Rebate; when possible, we may bundle several rebate payouts into a single cheque.
    How much can I save through Delivery Rebates?
    DeliveryDeals members can claim rebates of up to £10 per delivery charge, to a maximum of £500 per membership year.
    What documentation do I have to provide to qualify for a Delivery Rebate, and where do I send it?
    After you make a purchase through the DeliveryDeals network of retailer sites, simply fill out and submit a Delivery Rebate form on our website, then forward the order confirmation email, dispatch note, or receipt you receive from the retailer to Rebates@deliverydeals.co.uk. Please include the claim number from your Delivery Rebate form submission in the subject line.
    How many retailer sites are available to make qualifying purchases on?
    We currently have over 200 retailer sites to choose from.
    Is there a limit to the number of rebates I can claim?
    Yes, you can claim up to 12 delivery rebates per retailer site, per Membership Year. You can claim up to £10 per delivery rebate claim and up to £500 for the Membership Year.
    Is there a limit to how long I have to file a claim?
    Yes, claims must be emailed within 30 days of the purchase date.

    Return Delivery Rebates

    What are Return Delivery Rebates?
    If you order an item and decide, for any reason, to return it to the merchant, DeliveryDeals will cover your return delivery charges with rebates of up to £10 per return. All of your online purchases (not just those made through our directory) are eligible for Return Delivery Rebates.
    How do I make a Return Delivery Rebate claim?
    Simply click on the 'Delivery Rebates' menu in the navigation bar of the DeliveryDeals website, and follow the instructions provided. You must be an active Member when you make the original purchase and when you submit your rebate claim. Certain proof-of-purchase and delivery information is required.
    What documentation do I have to provide to qualify for a Return Delivery Rebate, and where do I send it?
    After you return an item, simply fill out and submit a Delivery Rebate form on our website, then email a copy of your return delivery slip, detailing your charges, the return address, and the date, to Rebates@deliverydeals.co.uk.
    Is there a limit to how long I have to file a Return Delivery Rebate claim?
    Yes, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
    How long until my claim is paid?
    We'll verify and process your rebate upon receipt of your documentation. Within 3-6 weeks, we'll send you a cheque in the amount of your Return Delivery Rebate; when possible, we may bundle several rebate payouts into a single cheque.
    Is there a limit to the number of rebates I can claim?
    Yes, you can claim up to 12 return delivery rebates per retailer site, per Membership Year. You can claim up to £10 per delivery rebate claim and up to £500 for the Membership Year.

    How can I save through DeliveryDeals vouchers?
    Just browse through our available vouchers on each brand page of our website to find discounts for DeliveryDeals members, and follow the instructions on any voucher you choose to save with that retailer.

    Is there a limit to how much I can save using DeliveryDeals vouchers?
    No, you have ongoing access to our numerous voucher offers (although some retailers may place specific limitations on individual offers). Our voucher offers are updated regularly, too, so be sure to check back frequently to take advantage of the latest deals!
